hey elvis fan i have ran a voice test many times on this guy jon an elvis an the test are a perfect match the way jon talks an sings its without a dout the king even his gospel is a match look i to was a big big elvis fan back in the day . but this guy is not acting he is the man . now if u want to run these test yourself then u go ahead u will find out the same as i did now i have not seen a video of jon cotner singing yet im still working on that but when i do i will test that aswill but so far its a match an all i can say is hell yes im cool with it an u should be the world should be u watch an see how fast this guy gets to the top it will blow your mind

I don’t know if Jon is Elvis or not….but wouldn’t it be WONDERFUL if that great & generous man, with the most gifted voice ever heard on this earth, was… still alive? But why is Jon protesting not to be Elvis, and always singing Elvis’s songs for us all to wonder about?…What about a DNA test, was that never done. And after all these years of being able to lead a some-what normal life, Can you please come back to us, your most LOYAL fans, in all your glory for us to enjoy again…(If it really is Elvis) How wonderful this world would be with you “still” alive!!!

Does it really matter whether or not Jon IS Elvis? If he is then he obviously wishes to remain just ‘Jon’ in order to protect his family and himself from the death threats which still hold true. We, as fans, should respect that wish in order to help him in his ‘new’ role. Just relax, sit back and enjoy Jon’s music and his Biblical messages. Elvis would have wanted that!

Leave me alone, I beg of you please let me live the rest of my life in peace. I gave you many years ofmy life & you refuse to let me go. Please understand there is nothing I want more then to brighten your day but at what cost to me ? The life I lived would have surly eneded my life if I kept entertaining. It was not my doing when it was decided to walk away, to leave my gold records, my home, everything I worked so hard for. What happen that last day actually happened, the decision was made to take avantage of the situation. My manager was in Portland, it was perfect, my chance to finally get away from a life that desstroyed my every reason for living. I am a old man now, I have no reason to enter set the record straight, I have a life I have very much enjoyed for decaded more then the life I lived prior. You know my songs, you seen my movies… what more do you want from me, what could I give you more then I have ? I want to live the rest of my life in peace. When I do die, this will all come out. For what it’s worth, I do not want to be remebered as you say “the king” & I surly do not what to be remembered as a fat slob on drugs. At that time, the event did occur. There are times in our lives when we realize, what we are doing is leading us on the path of destruction & if we keep going on that path there is no looking back. If I would have kept doing my thing, things would of only of gotten worst, I have made a fool of myself, I made mistakes, I lost loved ones over the years. Do I miss it ? no I do not, there is nothing worst then being dragged down down after day.
What happen tomorrow may GOD BLess You & know I did what I had to do for my sake.

Good for Elvis if he is alive and figured out a way to escape a life that wasn’t working for him. On a personal note, I would like to tell him thank you for all the joy he has given me over the years. My Dad moved every year or two (military) and Elvis was my only constant companion. From a professional standpoint, I do energy work removing blocked energy. That helps emotional issues and 85% of physical things have an emotional issue attached. Ihave loved e since I was four….I asked my mom every single day if he was out of the army yet? Finally she said YES…..somehow….some way , i, as so many others feel connected to E. To my dear friend,by what you wrote,makes me understand more then ever that you want to be left alone to live a normal life until your last dying breath.I have prayed over the years for you and that you were doing well.I have known since 1979 that you were still alive,by a phone call I recieved back then by a gentlman from Las Vegas.I to am a retired Elvis tribute artist and at the age of 62 with the gray hair and sideburns,excuse the expression,A dead ringer for what Elvis would look like today.Iwas told back in 1979 as to why you faked your death,but in 13 years time from 1979 that it would come out in the tabloids.I recieved this phone call while I was visiting some friends who I had just met during 1979.I didnt let anyone know that day where I was going.so for me to recieve this call,I had been followed to my friends house.I recieved this call 7 minutes after I got there.They wanted me to come to Las Vegas to prove to me That you were still alive.He said they needed someone who looked like you back then to be a decoy for you and help you slip in and out of places you were going to. restuarants hotels and supermarkets.He also said that you were living 15 minutes west of Albany Oregon.After recieving this call.I told my friends what was going on.after I left my friends house I drove out west Of Albany Oregon and timed my travel in doing so.I found a large house settig up on top of this hill with another house down just below it.My heart and mind were telling me this was the house.with the house down below as a watch for cars coming up the road they could stop anyone from driving up to where you were staying.none the less after all these years of being quiet about this I may some day meet you before you depart this world.If not I understand.and will respect your wishes.but I will remember the music and the God given talent that he bestowed upon you and will continue to sing your Gospel songs in church when ever I can.and not only do it memory of you,but most of all for our Lord and Savior.If you would like to cont act me, my Email address is nexttoelvis@aol.com My stepson thought up the email address Till then may God Bless you and your family sincerely and with love John Eriksen.

Good Evening Everyone, it’s time you let it go. You’re wasting your time. IF Elvis is out there, believe me he is not going to be on any website trying to convenice you that it’s him. Not by singing and not by talking. If you have never been to Memphis, you need to make the trip. There are many who can sing and sound like Elvis. If you have ever listened to these guys and had a musical ear for Elvis’ music , you will find imperfections even in them. Listen to Elvis radio where they play the real music, interview, etc., and you will hear what I’m talking about. I do appreciate the Elvis Entertainers for keeping Elvis’ memory alive, but the ones who claim to be him should be ashamed of themselves for attempting to fool his fans.

I grew up Listening to Elvis on a daily basis for many years as a child and into my teenage years. I had not heard an Elvis song for quite a while then I caught wind of the Mystery man on youtube by accident. Which in turn led me to Jon Cotner the second I heard him speak I could not believe what I was hearing. And at that moment I knew That Elvis Aron Presley name May have died but his body and soul took on a new name Jon Cotner. Once I heard one recording I could not stop finding out more information. I started listening to old Elvis interviews and listening to the way he made simple phrases and then listen to Jon Cotner speak and there is no doubt in my mind that they are the same person you can find old song recordings and over lay Jon singing and they pronounce and use the exact dialog period. Ive listened to hundreds of impersonators over the years and not one i have heard nailed Elvis dead on until I heard Jon Cotner. Hearing his voice to this day gives me chills. And I hate to say this but I am looking forward to the day he shares the truth with the world and all the people that think he died know they were fooled. I hope he has had a great life and I am glad i stumbled on to his music! Thank you Jon for all the great movies and songs!

Elvis if u are out there living your life I want to thank you for all the songs and movies through out all the years. You have and always will be my favorite vocalist.
I am glad u found a way out of the rat race. now u are just an average citizen just like everyone else. and now you can go anywhere anytime you want without being mulled by fans.
But if by chance our paths should cross I would not know you as “Elvis” because ( he ( Elvis)is gone, and know you by are who you are. and I know Jesus is the only King. its just that your fans loved you so and loved your music so much more than anyone else’s that is why some consider you the ( “King of Rock and Roll”) after all before u came along there was no such thing as rock and roll music. God gave you Talent. great looks. and the most beautiful voice that I have ever heard. and a lot of other would agree I am sure.

I have mixed feelings about, all of your comments. Elvis was a one of a kind, there will never be another like him.People of all ages still love his music and movies, that in itself was a gift from him. If he is still alive I say let him live his life in peace, knowing that he is still loved as much today as he was in 1977. I agree that it had to be horrible, living parts of his life, not ever being able to go out and get a coke, or chilli cheese fries, without being mobbed,or followed by 100’s of people. But if I was being completely honest there is a part of me that would like to know for sure, and I think that we all would. But this is a fact that I may not find out until I meet him on the other side. Elvis no matter where you are at, I pray that you are happy and content now, wheather it is singing be side out Lord, or in the privacy of your own home. Im not an old guy, im only 18 years old. But my grandpa used to play all the old records when I was around him and my favorites were always Elvis. The passion in his voice, the 110% he gave every time he picked up the microphone. Because of this he inspired me to want to sing, and be musical; and today I play 5 instruments, write music and sing. Like people have said before me, God gave him a talent, a tool and he used it to his best abilities. The legacy he left will be charrished by his fans throught the decades. If Elvis Presley died that day in 1977, and Jon Cortner rose from the ashes then thats wonderful, because living a life like he was, is no way to live. If your out there brother, I hope your happy. I hope you are living like you never got to before. Just know your fans will always love you and what you gave to them. Sure I have always smiled at the idea of being able to write him a letter telling him thank you for giving me inspiration, but one day ill be able to tell him when we are both in a better world with the Lord.

Jon dosen’t need to answer to anyone, even if he is Elvis.People need to understand if he’s in the witness protection program he can’t answer those questions. but it’s still good to know he’s still around but not with his real name. besides after all these years he’s a new person & only goes by his new name.He Can’t perform or act like he did 35 years ago for crying out loud he’s 77 years old & would look ridiculous gyrating his hips at his age. Jon, do you preach? I see your bible study and have not as yet purchased any of your
material. I am also a minister, that is, preacher, not a pastor, since I was the age of 10
years old. I”ll be 60 this year. All my life I’ve listened to you sing and watched your
movies, and I guess like most young kids wanted to look and sound like you. But, in
all those years watching you, I knew that God had his hand upon you, and that you were
not being fulfilled in your heart and in your life. I know that you were raised in a pentecostal church and knew the ways of the Lord and was a sincere and devout
believer. Somehow, I guess like most folk, but maybe perhaps in a special way, I have
felt like I’ve known you, that is, in my heart. I had always felt like one day that I would
meet you and we could just sit and talk about the Lord and His amazing grace. Something
which the Lord has made me to know and understand so much in the last 20 years
of my life. I read once about how you would go off somewhere with a group of friends to
some out of the way small town and preach in a small church house, because you
wanted to preach so much. Its amazing, isn’t it, how that God will never let us go! He
has written our names in the palm of His hand , that is, in Christ. He knows those that
are His. Life may seem long sometime, but with God, it is only a moment. You belong to
Him and always have. You’ve come the long way around, baby, but He has been there
all the time. God continue to multiply His grace and peace unto you my friend and brother.

Even here in South Africa, people like me, have always been a huge fan of Mr Presley. I listen to his music every single day. I have heard Jon Cotner speak and sing, and yes, it does sound very much like our beloved Mr Presley and even the videos on Youtube with all the comparisons sure look like him. I’m afraid that if Jon Cotner is in fact Elvis, then I am sure that Jon Cotner will not exist for much longer because Elvis Presley is then compromised seeing as he faked his death to get away from threats due to rumours him being involved in assisting the US Government to put away “big shot” bad guys in his days serving with the DEA. My suggestion, which might probably be too late, is to leave Mr Cotner alone, forget about the rumours that he is Elvis Presley. Elvis Presley died (to the world) on 16 August 1977. Leave it at that. There are reasons for everything in this world….

Well,i can answer u this, he still was great and at the top,at that time,and he also used drugs,the crew adviced him to stop while he still was something,because if he had continue that would be same as rushing to certain dead,because his body couldnt stand for moore drugs,he needed to go to a doctor for his drug abuse,but also at the same time stop singing,and for that simple reason they staged his death to the world , while he still was something.
And it looks like they succeded to stop his drug abuse,i am very happy for that,,.
I have always belived that elvis was alive ,and he quit because of med. reasons.
Back in 1999 i went to Memphis Tn,with my wife and from there to Jackson Tn,Me and my wife stayed at fairfield inn hotel.The first thing i thought about was to get close to the highway,i wanted to see the beutiful Semi trucks,i had just recently bought hamburger and coke and took it with me,after sitting there close to the highway ,at that time i had been sitting there atleast 2 hours,
Suddenly a old man came to me and wondered what i was doing there,well i told him that i like to see semi trucks,we dont have rigs like this in sweden,well he sat down to left side of me,and told me he also been a truckdriver once upon a time,and also been to sweden.
I looked towards his face,and i couldnt belive what i saw,it was a close similarity to elvis,in his eyes,the whole body,well i didnt ask him, if u are elvis or not,but it sure was him.
Anyway,he asked if i could join him for a meal ,not far away from the highway , i forgotten the name of the resturant, but i remember *Steakhouse* , This is in Jackson Tn. And after the meal he told me he had to go home,but he asked me how old i was, well i told him i was born in Feb 1968, and he responded that he has a daughter that was born very same year and her name was Lisa,after this we say goodbye .
And i swear the old man i saw , was the very same face as jon cotner so help me god.
And this happened 1999. 13 years ago.

No actually he was christen Elvis Aaron Presley but had his birth certificate and all other legal documents changed to Elvis aron Presley to honr and acknowledge his deceased twin Jesse Garon Presley the removal of the big A was to leave room for the G as in Garon. so please try to get your facts straight and stop trying to compare a child molester to the king of rock n roll

If Elvis did manage to fake his death I applaud him for a job well done. I for one would not hold it against him. He certainly deserves peace and happiness both in this world and the next. It does make you wonder, Elvis always did like a good prank. Hmm……. Jon Cotner equals 42, in numerology (age at which Elvis died) and he shares the same date of birth, facial features and voice. SecretAgentMan1835….. makes you wonder and smile just a little bit to think of the possibilities.
