‘Biological Son’ of Michael Jackson Rejected

We’re in the process of hearing the Estate “clear” up matters…

Originally posted Apr 13th 2010 9:49 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

0413_jet_michael_EX_TMZ_01One of the creditor’s claims the Michael Jackson estate has rejected was filed by a 25-year-old man who says he’s the biological son of the late singer.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson had filed a claim with the estate, but he’s not asking for money — he wants a DNA test

proving he’s MJ’s flesh and blood.

But as we first reported, Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, formally rejected a bunch of claims yesterday, including the one from P.M.M.J.J.

We’re told more rejections are coming, so stay tuned.

MICHAEL JACKSON ESTATE LAWYER STARTS REJECTING CREDITORS’ CLAIMS

The trustees of MICHAEL JACKSON’s estate have started getting tough with the creditors demanding cash from the late King of Pop – they’ve rejected seven claims, including one for USD 300 million (GBP 187.5 million).

Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman has filed legal papers rejecting Allgood Entertainment’s claim over a Jackson family concert that was scrapped when the pop superstar signed up for 50 London concerts, which were due to start weeks after he died last summer (Jun09).

Also losing out are Jose Freddie Vallejos, an angry Los Angeles citizen who demanded Jackson pay for his own memorial and Nona Paris Lola Ankhesenamun Jackson, who claimed to have been married to the King of Pop.

Memorabilia collector Richard Lapointe has also had his claim against the estate rejected – he demanded USD 5 million (GBP 3.1 million) after placing the highest bids on 170 items at a Jackson auction, which was scrapped over ownership issues.

The first major rejections come just days after the King of Pop’s longtime personal manager and publicist Raymone Bain became the latest name on the list of creditors seeking cash from the Jackson estate.

Bain, who stood by the late pop superstar’s side throughout his child molestation trial in 2005 and regularly defended the embattled singer on TV news shows, claims she’s still owed USD 360,000 (GBP 225,000) for her services.

Jackson’s one-time personal general manager joins his former skin doctor, Arnold Klein, and the pop star’s media and communications consultant, Van F. Alexander, among the creditors.

Michael Jackson is alive ? The Weird List

hhhhhmmmm, this first video shows some real good arguments about why that ambulance pic is REAL, but NOT MJ…

The more I watch the interview with Joe and Larry King, the stranger I find it,lol  Joe is definitely slipping up there, and getting a bit uneasy. And again, he re-iterates, that he’s sad he lost “Michael Jackson, an international star”. What kind of sentence is that? LOL

Another “rabbit” again, lol at 1:14.  A lot of rabbits in this whole thing… At 1:23 Harvey tells his staff member “If so and so calls, I want you to scream for me”. Who’s “so and so”??? hhmmm suspicious…. I have to confess, I like Harvey, lol

2:13 who’s “they”? Whoever “they” are, Harvey wasn’t supposed to say that, lol

This third video is EXCELLENT! The voice of the caller IS much clearer then the operator! Very weird indeed!

Love the music too,lol

Did Michael Jackson fall Victim to a Rogue Physician?

Huffington Post

Conrad Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter in relation to the death of Michael Jackson. I am not an attorney but I can read, comprehend and I can certainly comment professionally on the matter of ‘reasonable care’.

The legal definition of involuntary manslaughter is as follows: an unintentional killing that occurs as the result of improper use of reasonable care or skill while performing a legal act, or while committing an act that is unlawful but not felonious.

There seems to be two fundamental requirements for involuntary manslaughter.

• Was there a death/killing while under the care of another?
• Did the caregiver utilize proper and reasonable care/skill?

Michael died while under the direct care of Conrad Murray; little controversy there.

The second question of ‘did the caregiver utilize proper and reasonable care/skill’ requires a bit more investigation.

What is proper and reasonable care/skill for a physician to administer the medication Propofol?

Propofol can be a tricky medication because it may behave differently in every patient. What by dosing guidelines for weight may be considered to be a small dose may induce profound sedation in some people with little to no warning. Proper monitoring and rescue equipment must be readily available and the caregiver must be proficient in their use.

Unlike other medication, there is not anti-dote or antagonist medication for Propofol to reverse its actions. As with many medications, if the physician desires to reverse the effects of the medication another drug can be administered to accomplish this task; thus providing a back up and an additional measure of safety. No such drug currently exists to reverse Propofol.

Below you will find a short blurb included to give this discussion a bit more perspective:
STATEMENT ON SAFE USE OF PROPOFOL
Committee of Origin: Ambulatory Surgical Care
(Approved by the ASA House of Delegates on October 27, 2004, and amended on
October 21, 2009)

• The practitioner administering propofol for sedation/anesthesia should, at a minimum, have the education and training to identify and manage the airway and cardiovascular changes which occur in a patient who enters a state of general anesthesia, as well as the ability to assist in the management of complications.
The practitioner monitoring the patient should be present throughout the procedure and be completely dedicated to that task. • During the administration of propofol, patients should be monitored without interruption to assess level of consciousness, and to identify early signs of hypotension, bradycardia, apnea, airway obstruction and/or oxygen desaturation. Ventilation, oxygen saturation, heart rate and blood pressure should be monitored at regular and frequent intervals.

There are literally hundreds of medical articles written on safety issues related to the proper use of Propofol. As the literature an experience emphasizes, Propofol is not a drug to be taken or administered casually.

I have also reviewed the package insert provided by the maker of Propofol/Diprivan,
AstraZenca. This information that accompanies every package of Propofol does not
list the treatment of insomnia as an approved indication for use of the drug; nor
does is state that Propofol is appropriate for use outside of a highly monitored
hospital or surgical facility.

Propofol is not a drug that can be left unsecured where it may be used inadvertently
or improperly. If a patient comes in possession of Propofol it was either not properly
secured or the patient broke into a locked medication box or pharmacy to steal it.

Did Conrad Murray:

• Receive proper training for the induction on general anesthesia?
• Have proper rescue equipment available and maintain proficiency in its’ proper use?
• Utilize proper monitoring equipment?
• Maintain constant supervision of the patient at all times and stay dedicated to the
• task (Did not leave to speak on the phone or take rest room breaks)?
• Properly secure the drug Propofol?
• Administer Propofol for an approved condition/indication?

Conrad Murray will be granted the opportunity to have his day in court and have his guilt or innocence determined by a jury of his peers. If only the facts are to be considered this trial shouldn’t take very long.

Dr. Murray Lawyers Up for Wrongful Death Suit

Originally posted Apr 13th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Conrad MurrayDr. Conrad Murray is already planning his legal strategy in a Michael Jackson wrongful death case … TMZ has learned.

Dr. Murray, we’re told, has already hired a civil lawyer, Charles Teckham, who handles medical board cases and wrongful death lawsuits.

We’ve learned Teckham has already been in touch with Dr. Murray’s malpractice insurance carrier, and it turns out to be a tricky situation.

Sources connected with Dr. Murray’s defense tell TMZ Dr. Murray had a malpractice policy issued in Texas that covered his medical practices in Texas and Nevada.

Here’s the rub.  Dr. Murray did not have a medical practice in California, which is a prerequisite for his malpractice coverage.  So Dr. Murray’s position is that he first saw  Michael Jackson as a Nevada patient and what he did for him in L.A. was merely an extension of the Nevada treatment.

We’ve learned the malpractice policy would only cover civil litigation, not criminal.  In the event the doctor is sued for wrongful death — and Joe Jackson promises that will happen soon — Murray expects the policy would cover attorney’s fees and any judgment.

One source told TMZ, “We fully expect the insurance company would cover such costs.”

Let me breathe in my own time – Clue – Michael Jackson is still alive!! – Back off non believers!

Thanks Carita.

I find it sad when people find it necessary to “attack” and insult those who have different opinions. It just shows we have a long way b4 we REALLY know what LOVE is…

Personally, the best strategy, is to ignore them. There’s some of us who have more evolving to do then others. I choose to believe that those who resort to insults are just a little behind in the evolution (spiritual) process. Give them time to figure things out for themselves…

In God’s eyes, we are all equal.

Meet The Judge Set To Decide The Fate Of Michael Jackson’s Doctor

image Michael Pastor

10/04/2010

This is the judge set to decide the fate of Michael Jackson’s former doctor Conrad Murray.

Judge Michael Pastor, who has been described as “one of the toughest, smartest” arbiters of justice in the US, was appointed as the judge in Murray’s involuntary manslaughter case, which began on Monday at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
He has overseen cases involving topless pictures of Cameron Diaz and Jason Priestley’s DUI.

In the afternoon hearing, a motion by the California State Attorney General’s Office on behalf of the State Medical Board was put on hold until June 14.

Murray made back-to-back appearances in separate courtrooms in front of a large contingent of Jackson family members, including the late singer’s mother, Katherine, father, Joe, and siblings Janet, Jermaine and Randy.

First, Supervising Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza assigned the case on to another judge, just minutes after Murray was presented to the court.

Then, spectators and the media were whisked off to a lower floor, where Murray appeared before Judge Pastor.

Pastor, in the interest of full disclosure, told lawyers for both sides he was appointed to the bench by Attorney General Jerry Brown back in 1983 when Brown was governor of California. Brown reportedly wants Murray’s licence suspended.
Pastor also wrote a letter of recommendation for prosecutor David Walgren, who is looking to become a judge. He told the court that he doesn’t think either issue will affect his judgement.

Michael Jackson — Casket Mystery Solved

Originally posted 56 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

It’s the answer to the question you were kinda curious about, then forgot about, but now you’re like “Holy cow, I really wanna know — how did Michael Jackson‘s body seemingly disappear after his memorial, only to reappear at the cemetery?”

On July 7, 2009 the Staples Center memorial was held in front of thousands of people in downtown L.A. –  Jackson’s body was ensconced in a $25,000 red casket.

After the memorial, although hundreds of cameras and thousands of eyes were trained on the exits, no one saw any evidence that the casket left the building.  It fueled a grassy knoll-type theory that Jackson’s body wasn’t really inside the casket and maybe he was still alive.

Finally, our spies have come clean. Jackson’s body did indeed arrive in a hearse, but it left in a SWAT van.  The van was driven to a secret location, where it rendezvoused with a Forest Lawn van — which then transported the body to the cemetery without being noticed.

You’re welcome.

Wesley Snipes Wants Michael Jackson to Return as Angel

Author : Bang Posted: April 9, 2010

Wesley Snipes wants Michael Jackson to come back as an angel.

The ‘Blade’ actor, who appeared in the late singer’s ‘Bad’ video in 1987 – was devastated when he died last June at the age of 50 and would like him to return because he was so special.

He said, “I danced in the video for ‘Bad’. His death was a great loss for all of us. And I hope and pray that his creator – or whatever you believe in – will send him back as an angel to entertain us. With Michael we lost more than an ‘ordinary’ person. There has to be something angelic about someone who reached and inspired so many different people all over the world. Maybe we just didn’t look after him well enough.”

Another hero of Wesley’s is legendary soul singer James Brown, who died in 2006, and is currently working on a movie about his life.

He told website Skip.at, “We’re working on it. It’s on the way, but we are trying to figure out how to finance it at the moment. I guess I’ll give you James Brown when the world ends in 2012!”

The 47-year-old star is so keen to portray the ‘Sex Machine’ hitmaker in a realistic way, he has been practicing his famous scream.

He said, “That’s easy! I started as a dancer and singer and where I come from James Brown and Michael Jackson were very influential. We literally listened to them every day, so I can certainly do the screams.

Charles Thomson Breaking Journalistic Records with Truth About Michael Jackson

March 25, 2010 08:59 PM EDT (Updated: March 29, 2010 01:16 PM EDT)

Considering the media is the machine that perpetuates the negatives about Michael Jackson to begin with, it’s a shocker if a member of the press reports the fair and balanced truth. The majority of media could’nt care less about the facts. But one Journalist in particular wants to set it right. He’s not a crazed fan or a man on the hunt, he just sees some injustices that needs to be set straight.

Charles Thomson: Reaching Journalistic Heights with The Truth.

Thomson is Letting the world know the shady plight of the press and giving the sad but true facts of a scamming family billking another celebrity. The Arviso family perjured themselves on the stand when they claimed Jackson had molested their son, kidnapped them at his house, and forced them to speak in a complementive video. Their story did not add up when it was proven that Jackson was out of the country on tour the times they were at his home. Janet Arviso even made several shopping trips to the strore on Jackson’s dime, before returning to his home where she was supposedly held captive. Her plan of escape from an absent Jackson was by hot-air balloon. No mention of where she would have accuired one.

Thomson, who succesfully shed light on the comparasons between champion boxer Jack Johnson, and Michael Jackson, was able to stick to the facts of the extortion trial againt Jackson. Also noting that the only justice the Chandler family (that accused jackson) wanted was Jacksons money; steam rolling on his generosity.

Not to mention the shameful decietfulness of D.A. Sneddon with his “By any means nessasry vendetta,” spending tax payer money, trying to build a case with no evidence, to convict an innocent man. Makes me wonder how many other innocent men he has tried to prosecute

And the shame and humiliation felt when the verdict came back not guilty on all counts. Media focused so much on Michael jackson’s appearance, and mocked him edlessly, including when he once came to the court house sick, still dressed in hospital attire. Maybe if they focused on the facts, instead of making light of the situation, things would have been differnet now.  And the general puplic would not have a tarnished image of Jackson.

Slowly but surely, people are getting to know the truth about Michael Jackson.

The truth is out there and has been there for quite some time now. Either we search for it,  to see it , or stay blind. If the choice is staying blind, then we can not speak. Can’t discuss a subject we know nothing of, can we.

Thomson was able to clear up the myths surrounding the trial with pure facts, and has the sources to back it up, sources which can easily be found online in less than five minutes, ( I checked, and double checked). Or pick up Aprhodite Jones’ book “The Michael Jackson Conspiracy”.

Now a Journalistic superstar, Thomson has a cult following of fans, knowing they can depend on him for the truth on any subject. He’s a moden Day Journalistic rock star.

The Media Bias Still Continues

Last Week came big news for fans in the return of  Michael Jacksons music being shared for years to come. Some media outlets choose to focus on the demeaning depictions of Michael Jackson. Since they can no longer label him as a pedifile (as some still do), now they try to stigmatise him as a “drug addict,” trying to link his problem with pain medication from 1993, to his Death. He went through it and succesfully kicked the habit. The severe insomnia Michael sufferd from, witch is often breezed over in the news, was treated by anesthesia. Though extreme, it was not used to get “high”, “stoned” or for any kind of recreational pleasure. It was the strongest form of sedative to treat his insomnia. His death was caused by an inhumane high dosage of anesthesia.

I’ve also noticed time and time again, that if positve news comes out involving Michael Jackson, a media publication must always rain on his parade by trying to portray him, or his family in a negative light. Unbelivable? watch for an example next time “good news” on Jackson or his family comes up.

Who’s Running The Show?

Every news outlet has the exact article, same phrasing, not even bothering to change the Head line.  It seems there’s just one sorce that every one copys and paste from. So who’s the sorce, who’s the head of the media? I really would like to know who’s running the show? Is their any double checking for facts? Is any of it true??? Are You sure? Members of the press, it’s time to take responsibility, what ever happpend to truth in journalism?

The power of the pen is strong, it can ruin someones life. It’s time to give it a rest and just be fair, look for facts, check your source, and double check them again. Law suits don’t equal good ratings. Relying on tabliod like sources that fall into the truth once in a while does not make them credible. Tabloid sites are in the business of buying and selling, NOT reporting the facts. They lack tact, and sensitvity to issues. News media should have a higher standard, like they used to.

The disrespectful, and derogatory headlines and articles in the media have to stop. Simply do not write or report about Michael Jackson if you do not like him or respect him, because others do, and it’s a disservice to his loved ones when you de-humanize him. Members of the media must have some integrity to their work.

Charles Thomson is a breath of frest air, finaly a true journalist. This man has integrity, and dignity on his side. Please Sir, do not lose that. Many Jackson fans are asking why Thomson is not the one making the reported new documentary, after all his pure honesty is much more welcomed than the fibs and plageristic like yellow journalism of Ian Halperin (who suddenly has now changed his tune to do a puff piece film about Jackson). Clearly expecting to rake in the Money.

Michael Jackson: It’s Time For Outlets to Take Responsibility in Covering the Rock Star

Audio Interview with charles thomson About Michael Jackson

If I may borrow Thomson’s words

It is time for outlets to assume responsibility for their own content. Websites should not re-host other publishers’ stories unless they can be completely certain that the content is factual. Even if the media refuses to print the truth about Jackson, they should compromise by not printing the lies either. At least that way he can rest in peace.

Special thanks to Charles Thomson for your permission & cooperation

And this is Charles Thomson’s article in the Huntington Post:

Charles Thomson

Charles Thomson

Last week Michael Jackson’s guitarist discredited widely reported allegations about the star’s behaviour on the road. So why is the media refusing to publish her comments? British writer Charles Thomson explores media bias against black music’s biggest star.

Aging glam-rocker Gene Simmons made international headlines last month when he claimed to know that Michael Jackson had molested children. In an interview with Classic Rock, Simmons alleged that Jackson was on tape ordering alcohol for children and that during the star’s 2005 trial a travel agent had testified to importing Brazilian boys for Jackson’s amusement. He also claimed that a musician friend had quit a Jackson tour after seeing ‘boys coming out of the hotel rooms.’

What followed was a classic example of copy and paste journalism. Within hours the story had been duplicated by hundreds of blogs, forums and news websites from Australia to India to the USA. None of them had fact-checked the story before they re-hosted it. Jackson was never on tape ordering alcohol for children. There was never any testimony during his trial about young Brazilian boys. Both of these claims were easily disproven by trial transcripts.

As a relative Jackson expert, I was also unaware of any musician ever leaving one of the singer’s tours midway through. So when I sat down a fortnight ago for an interview with Jackson’s long serving tour guitarist Jennifer Batten, I ran the story by her.

She told me that no musician had ever quit a Jackson tour. Two musicians had been fired but both were let go before the show hit the road, so they couldn’t possibly have witnessed anything going on inside hotels.

When Sawf News published Batten’s rebuttal I observed an all too familiar phenomenon. Although the story appeared on Google News and was picked up fairly swiftly by the Examiner, nobody else seemed willing to touch it. Whilst Simmons’s speculative and ultimately baseless accusations had been reproduced the world over, Batten’s expert rebuttal was being suppressed.

I soon began receiving emails from Jackson’s fans telling me that they were sending the story to every celebrity news outlet they could think of, including several of those which published Simmons’s initial allegations.

But more than 48 hours later, typing an exact quote from Simmons’s rant into a search engine produced almost 350 webpages. The number of news outlets hosting Batten’s rebuttal? Three.

This was not the first time I’d had a Jackson story suppressed. After Evan Chandler’s suicide in November 2009 I was contacted by the Sun and asked to supply information about the 1993 allegations. I spent quite some time compiling my research, advising the newspaper of common myths and how to avoid them, being careful to source all of my facts from legal documents and audio/visual evidence.

When I read the finished article I was stunned to find that all of my information had been discarded and replaced with the very myths I had advised them to avoid. I alerted staff to the inaccuracies but my emails were not replied. The same inaccuracies appeared in every single article I read about the suicide.

The same bias manifested itself the following month when Jackson’s FBI file was released. Across more than 300 pages of information there was not one piece of incriminating evidence — but that’s not the way the media told it.

A videotape seized at customs in West Palm Beach and analysed for child pornography was repeatedly referred to as belonging to Jackson. In actuality, files stated merely that the tape was ‘connected’ to Jackson and that connection appeared simply to be that somebody had written his name on the sticky label.

In another document the FBI logged a telephone call from a tipster claiming that the bureau had investigated Jackson during the 1980s for molesting two Mexican boys. The files made no other mention of the supposed investigation and the claim was ascribed no validity — the call was merely noted. But the media persistently referred to the anonymous tipster’s unsupported allegations as the FBI’s own conclusions.

Jackson’s FBI file overwhelmingly supported his innocence but its contents were routinely manipulated to give the opposite impression.

Many are quick to scoff when Jackson’s fans speak of a media conspiracy to destroy the star’s reputation and I used to scoff with them. As a member of the industry I prefer not to think of it as sinister and conspiratorial, but I find it increasingly difficult to explain away the bias with which Jackson is treated.

I wonder whether the problem is pride. When the 1993 allegations broke, the vast majority of information available was released, either officially or unofficially, by the prosecution. Jackson, meanwhile, remained characteristically silent.

Perhaps because the prosecution’s version of events went almost completely unchallenged (although I imagine that drama and selling newspapers had something to do with it, too), the media primarily chose to portray Jackson as guilty.

But as the facts started to trickle out it became increasingly apparent that the case was full of holes. The allegations had been instigated not by the boy but by his father, who had demanded a scriptwriting deal from Jackson before he went to the police. He was on tape plotting to destroy Jackson’s career and dismissing his son’s wellbeing as ‘irrelevant’. Then the boy told cops that Jackson was circumcised, but a police body search concluded that he was not.

Although Jackson’s innocence looked increasingly likely, most news outlets had made their bed and to this day they seem unwilling to do anything but lie in it.

Whatever the motivation, be it pride, profit or plain old racism, the bias against Jackson is undeniable. The suppression of Batten’s comments proves once more than when it comes to Jackson the media is interested not in fact or reason but negativity and sensationalism. Batten accompanied Jackson on all three of his world tours and was known for a decade as his ‘right hand woman’. But Simmons — who self-confessedly did not know Jackson — has been given over 100 times more media coverage for his inaccurate ranting than Batten has for her firsthand experience.

It is time for outlets to assume responsibility for their own content. Websites should not re-host other publishers’ stories unless they can be completely certain that the content is factual. Even if the media refuses to print the truth about Jackson, they should compromise by not printing the lies either. At least that way he can rest in peace.

American Idol and MJ?—-by DianaJean

Another blogger,  http://www.dianajeann.blogspot.com, did some great research about whether there was a connection between MJ and American Idol. Here’s her Blog:

Is the crew of American Idol helping Michael pull off the hoax?

I’ve posted about this before, but with more research and findings I decided to look into it some more. The first time I posted about this, people where less than convinced, so I decided to let it go. I was recently emailed by somebody who found it interesting, so I went ahead and looked into it more. The connections are just to big to ignore.

Let’s go back to 2006, a year after Michael’s child molestation trial. He is an emotional mess and his reputation is severely damaged. Though Michael’s true fans know he would never hurt a child, thousands of people around the globe still believe he is a criminal. Michael wants his reputation back, he wants to be the King of Pop once again. But how?

Michael moves back to the United States, in late December (2006), after spending some time in Bahrain.

As stated Michael wants to get his reputation back. “Michael is determined to be a global phenomenon again.”

who does he go to?

Simon Fuller.

http://www.timessquaregossip.com/2007/02/simon-fuller-to-help-michael-jackson.html

http://angelbabe43.wordpress.com/2010/03/19/in-his-exclusive-interview-michael-jackson-talks-about-his-new-life-in-las-vegas-and-about-his-comeback/

http://www.dominicantoday.com/dr/this-and-that/2007/2/8/22263/Michael-Jackson-recruits-new-manager

Why Simon Fuller?

Not only is he the Manager of many sucsessful artists, but he is also the producer and founder of the hit television series American Idol. Which in my opinion is the point of interest.

American Idol

Here’s where the connections come in. American idol has been the number one TV show for a long while. With millions of viewers, voters and talented contestants American Idol has allot of impact.

“American Idol: The Search for a Superstar on the Fox network, the show has since become one of the most popular in the history of American television. It is currently the #1 program in the Nielsen ratings and is one of only three that have been #1 for five consecutive seasons,”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Idol

Michael and the people who worked for American Idol

Bruce Gowers-

Directed 3 music videos for Michael including
-”Rock with you”,
-”She’s out of my life”
-”Can you feel it”

Hosted : -”Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration on CBS”

Directed: – “Michael Jackson Number one’s in 2003″
-”Michael Jackson greatest video hits- HIStory in 1995″
-”Michael Jackson NRJ Tribute

Gregg Gelfand

- Co Directed Michael Jacksons memorial with Kenny Ortega

Dorian Holley-

Backing Vocalist for Bad World Tour
-Traveled with Michael for all of his subsequent world tours
-Served as a backing vocalist, as well as the vocal director for This Is It
-Married to trial attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, who once represented Jackson

Simon Fullers-

Michael went to Simon for help in restoring his reputation

Simon Cowell-

Signed a contract with Michael for his new British TV show ” X Factor”
Paula Abdul-
Worked with Janet Jackson and was mentioned in Michael Jackson’s opus

If Michael wanted to work with American Idol, clearly he had the connections to do so.

Okay so

Michael wants to get to Simon Fuller

how does he do it?

He knows that Simon Fuller is the producer of American Idol, so he uses his connections to get to him. (Bruce Gowers, Dorian Holley)

Him and Simon have secret meetings, talking about a big project. We don’t know what this project is, but it’s big.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Fuller

A few years later, Michael “dies”

And it seems like the American Idol crew do a good job with that one.
They have a “Michael Jackson Tribute Week”
I wonder where they got the permission to use his music.

Then Bruce Gowers hosts a Michael Jackson Tribute show

Gregg Gelfand helps Kenny Ortega by Co Directing Michael’s memorial

And did you know that before Michael “died” he signed a contract with Simon Cowell

to appear on Simon’s TV show “X Factor” which hasn’t aired yet? will air in 2011
http://www.popcrunch.com/michael-jackson-the-x-factor/

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/x_factor/article302684.ece

Let’s see what that brings us.

Did you also know that AEG and American Idol work together for

the American Idol Live tours?

And just as a side note, American Idol is also under contract with Coke-Cola

Michael Jackson: Autopsy Turvy

: David ComfortPublished: Mar 15, 2010

John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley. The autopsies of such legends should have been the most painstaking and impartial. But there appears to be substantial evidence to the contrary in these historic cases and others. Could the autopsy of Michael Jackson be the same?

The full report has not yet been publicized by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner, Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran, who covered the murder cases of both Phil Spector and O.J. Simpson. But released details and conclusions from his report give cause for wonder even on basic issues.

First, take Jackson’s weight. The ME recorded the star at 136. But when booked on child molestation charges in Santa Barbara in 2003, he was 120. In the final six years of his life, Jackson handlers expressed alarm at his weight loss, calling him “emaciated” and possibly bulimic. His own personal physician and close friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, told TMZ that the King of Pop looked like he’d “come from Auschwitz.”

But the autopsy reports that Jackson gained 16 pounds in these last years. One would have expected a loss. Indeed, coroner inside sources said the star was “skin and bones,” and told Geraldo Rivera he weighed 112.

The next area of autopsy report peculiarity: Jackson’s lungs. In his 1988 autobiography, Moon Walk, Jackson revealed that he had been diagnosed in the ’70s with a condition related to pleurisy. Subsequently, he was often hospitalized with the flu, pneumonia, and shortness of breath. He traveled with oxygen tanks. Though the coroner found that Jackson did indeed have “chronically inflamed lungs,” he concluded that he was “fairly healthy” even so. Since the star died of pulmonary failure, did the coroner test for the cause of the inflammation and find it to be indeterminable or benign?

In 1987, Jackson’s close friend, Liberace, died. His personal physician recorded cardiac arrest on the death certificate. But after autopsy, the Riverside medical examiner concluded the entertainer had died of cytomegalovirus pneumonia from the AIDS virus. His estate’s executors filed a libel suit against the coroner’s office. They lost.

Liberace – whom Michael called “Lee, my guardian angel”— had lost 75 pounds and been bedridden and on oxygen for months. He had been diagnosed HIV-positive the previous year by Dr. Elias Ghanem, Vegas’s doctor to the stars who had treated Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, among others.

The tragic 1990 AIDS death of young Ryan White devastated his benefactor, Michael. Soon afterward, he was rushed to the hospital, suffering shortness of breath, vertigo, and chest pains. According to his biographer, J. Randy Taraborrelli, he was tested for HIV and found negative. His friend and collaborator, Freddie Mercury of Queen, was not so fortunate: the virus claimed his life the following year.

Michael too was at high risk for the disease: he was a transfusion recipient and — according to his biographer, Ian Halperin, as well as several others – he was gay. In the last years of his life, he suffered many bacterial and viral infections, flu-like fatigue, nausea, as well as skin problems, dramatic weight loss, and insomnia. All are symptoms of AIDS.

But some are symptoms of lupus (with which he was diagnosed in the late ’80s) and of Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency. Insiders told Ian Halperin that Jackson had suffered from this virulent immunological disease and needed a lung transplant. In the meantime, they claimed the singer had undergone “augmentation therapy” – he was injected with pulmonary protein from human blood — commonly administered to AIDS patients.

So, did Dr. Sathyavagiswaran and his team test this “fairly healthy” man for AAD or AIDS? Unlikely, especially in the latter case. According to Dr. Carol J. Huser, author of the “Coroner’s Report” column for the Durango Herald, an ME is forbidden to test for AIDS unless he – as in the Liberace case — believes the decedent may have put others at risk of contagion.

“I test [for HIV] VERY rarely, as I think do most of my colleagues,” asserts Dr. Huser. “And, in many states, the results would be confidential and the ME could not release them.”

In 2001 Janet, Tito, and Randy Jackson staged a drug intervention on their brother. Michael sent them away saying, “I’ll be dead in a year anyway.” Was he aware of having a terminal condition even then? Years later in Las Vegas, his family attempted another intervention and Michael’s bodyguards barred their way.

According to his father, Joe, Michael, in the last weeks of his life, told his daughter, Paris, he might not make it to Father’s Day. The warning has inspired a murder conspiracy theory now supported by many Jackson fans as well as his family. They believe Sony and/or AEG Productions are behind it, with Dr. Conrad Murray as the needleman.

AEG hired Murray, insists the conspiracy camp. In fact, Michael had handpicked the cardiologist and demanded that AEG put him on the upcoming comeback tour payroll. “You don’t argue with the King of Pop,” said AEG head, Randy Phillips.

Jackson had been hiring traveling enablers for years. “When he went on tour he’d take boxes full of drugs with him — he couldn’t do without it,” wrote his biographer and former friend, Stacy Brown, of the ’92 Dangerous Tour. Canceling it, Michael entered rehab and was put on suicide watch. In future years, he fell off the wagon and his drug abuse escalated unchecked.

Which brings us, finally, to the coroner’s toxicology report. It identifies only the drugs in the last injections: the benzodiazepines and propofol administered by Dr. Murray in the final ten hours of Jackson’s life. It should have been clear just from this – not to mention the countless injection sites — that the decedent was a drug addict and had built up an enormous appetite for and resistance to sedatives.

Given his prolific medical history, did the coroner’s office fulfill its legal obligation to conduct full discovery? According to California Code 27499: “The coroner shall summon and examine as witnesses every person who in his opinion or that of any of the jury has any knowledge of the facts.”

Did the coroner’s office subpoena Jackson’s medical records for life-threatening pre-existing conditions? Did it interview his innumerable doctors, one of whom, according to Joe Jackson, was Dr. George Nichopolous, Elvis’s enabler who was tried for manslaughter after the King’s own fatal overdose?

If such discovery was done, the coroner would have found a drug cornucopia for the King of Pop: tranquillizers for nerves and panic attacks; narcotics for pain; sedatives and anesthesia for sleep; amphetamines for performance; steroids for lupus and immunological ailments; antibiotics for recurring infections.

When the full autopsy report is publicized, will all these substances be identified? Will their long-term combined deadly effect – especially in concert with pre-existing illnesses — be appraised?

Probably not because this would be damaging to the prosecution which seeks to find the defendant, Dr. Conrad Murray, solely responsible for the death of a fairly healthy man.

As Dr. Michael M. Baden wrote in Unnatural Death, when he became the Chief Medical Examiner for New York City, “I envisioned the office as independent, scientific, apolitical… [But] It is an arm of the DA’s office. What is really wanted is an elastic man, one who will stretch and bend his findings to suit the DA’s needs… Truth and excellence play no part in the arrangement.”

The Innocence Project which helped pass the federal 2004 Justice for All Act makes a similar claim: “Exaggerated statistics and laboratory fraud have led to wrongful conviction in several states… In some instances, labs or their personnel have allied themselves with police and prosecutors, rather than prioritizing the search for truth.”

The LAPD and DA have suffered embarrassing losses in high visibility cases over the years. People v. Murray may become as big as the infamous O.J. case. The DA badly wants a conviction. The coroner’s report will be the most hotly contested evidence. The defense will surely attempt to show that its findings are bent and stretched.

But will this be enough to exonerate the last enabler of the King of Pop?

Jermaine Jackson: Dr. Murray Using BS Defense

Jermaine Jackson thinks Dr. Conrad Murray‘s defense — that Michael Jackson killed himself by self-injecting a lethal dose of Propofol — isn’t just far-fetched … it’s “the biggest lie ever.”

Michael Jackson — Strong Stimulant Found

Posted Apr 7th 2010 8:00AM by

There may be a clear explanation as to why Michael Jackson had trouble sleeping the night before he died — authorities found a pill bottle in the room containing tablets that would have hyped the singer up big time.

The bottle, which had no label, contained 13 tablets. Each tablet had a combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. The commercial sale of ephedrine — a stimulant designed for weight loss — is banned in the U.S. because of reports of heart attacks, strokes and even death.

Each pill contained 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 80 mg of aspirin. The caffeine alone in each pill is equivalent to nearly a 6-pack of Coca-Cola.

One company that manufactures the drug warns against using it past mid-afternoon, because it will cause insomnia.

According to the toxicology results, ephedrine was present in Jackson’s urine.
