The Force Is Strong with Blanket Jackson

I always hate having the Jackson kids on the media, and bringing attention to them, but maybe this TMZ article may be positive, since it’s clearing up the “stunt gun” incident…

Michael Jackson‘s children are quickly becoming YouTube sensations — thanks to the popularity of several self-made home videos that were posted online … videos that may have led to the infamous stun-gun caper.

One of the videos features 8-year-old Blanket Jackson wielding an invisible lightsaber and quoting “Star Wars.”  Another clip shows his sister Paris Jackson busting out a hardcore rap.

Sources tell us that Michaels kids — as well as the minor children of Jermaine and Randy – got really

into making these home movies … and that the stun gun incident involving Jaafar was part of a movie plot.

Joel Osteen Invites Conrad Murray for a Pray Date

HAHAHA, love this one!  Especially the highlighted sentence!  A meeting with whom , TMZ???  MJ perhaps??? LOL

Originally posted May 9th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Pastor numero uno Joel Osteen will have a special guest at his weekly sermon today — none other than Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources tell TMZ the doc accused of killing Michael Jackson has been invited into Osteen’s inner sanctum at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX.   We don’t know why Osteen personally invited Dr. Murray.  In fact, we’re told Dr. Murray isn’t sure why he was invited either … although he’s an active member of his Houston church.

We’re told Murray will arrive at the church in the morning and go in through a “bunker-like” entrance — and he won’t be given the entry code until just before he arrives.

With all that security, it’s almost as if Murray has a meeting with … nevermind.

Joel Osteen and Murray — Joined in Prayer

Originally posted May 9th 2010 12:40 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

Dr. Conrad Murray was a guest at Joel Osteen‘s church in Houston, TX this morning — and we’re told the two shared a prayer together.

Sources at the Lakewood Church tell TMZ Murray met with Joel and his wife Victoria before Osteen in between the 8:30 and 11:00 AM sermons. We’re told they met in a private room for about 10 minutes. Joel’s brother Paul was also there, as was Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, and friend Jeffrey.

Our source said it was very apparent Murray was “a man of faith.”

Osteen has acknowledged that Murray is going through a “hard time” — which is one of the reasons he was invited to the service.

Conrad Murray Supporters Plan Demonstration

OMG, this is funny, and crazy and unnerving, and…nuts! LOL  I can’t help but laugh, it’s so ridiculous!

Originally posted May 8th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Dr. Conrad Murray’s supporters are pissed off that only Michael Jackson fans are represented when the doc shows up in court … and we’ve learned they’re planning a big, big demonstration at next month’s preliminary hearing.

Sources close to Murray tell us a group of his friends, patients and fellow church members — numbering in the “hundreds” — will be outside the courthouse at Murray’s next court hearing to show solidarity.

We’re told the group will rent buses in Houston and Las Vegas — where Dr. Murray has his medical practices — and drive them to L.A. for the June 14 court date.

We’re told the catalyst for the sojourn was that pesky banner that flew over the courthouse at the last court hearing, demanding justice for MJ.

We have some signage ideas for next month’s rally:

– “Conrad Murray doesn’t kill people. Propfol does.”
– “Michael killed himself. Get over it.”
– “Black or white, free Conny tonight!”
– “Conrad is no smooth criminal.”
– “Everyone makes mistakes — allegedly.”

Michael Jackson — Chick Magnet?

Originally posted May 8th 2010 7:15 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Michael Jackson‘s bodyguards are taking issue with the man who claims he had a sexual relationship with MJ during the last months of his life.

It’s not that the bodyguards say Jason Pfeiffer wasn’t his type — they say Jacko wasn’t gay.

Bill Whitfield, Javon Beard and Mike Garcia will appear for a second time on ABC, according to the New York Post, to shoot down rumors the singer was a homosexual.

According to the Post, the bodyguards claim the singer had two girlfriends in the months before he died.  He reportedly called one of them “Friend” — a chick with a European accent.

Who knew MJ parlez-vous hot chicks?

Michael Jackson’s Alleged BF — On the Run

Dr. Arnold Klein‘s office manager — who claims he was Michael Jackson‘s lover — is facing such intense death threats that he’s moving from place to place … hiding out from angry MJ fans.

A source close to Dr. Klein and Jason Pfeiffer tells TMZ incensed Jackson fans have walked right up to Pfeiffer’s home and knocked on his door — and they’ve also tracked him down at his friends’ houses.

Since Jason went public last week with allegations of an affair with Michael, we’re told violent and homophobic threats have poured into Dr. Klein’s office by phone, fax, and email. According to the source one voicemail said, “I’m gonna put a bullet in your heads.”

Klein and Pfeiffer have hired bodyguards, and reported the threats to the FBI. We’re told Pfeiffer is currently at a private location with friends.

Michael Jackson's Dad Joe Jackson to be Deposed

As we first reported, Joe Jackson filed a claim against the estate last year in an effort to get a monthly check from the estate.

According to documents filed earlier this week, Joe will sit down with Michael’s attorney at a date to be determined “between June 1, 2010 and July 1, 2010.”

Both sides will then go back to court some time after August 1.

Michael Jackson’s Alleged Lover Scared to Death

I wonder what this “gay” thing is all about…  I always try to read between the lines.  And if it is a true story, then why did this guy come out with it? And now?  To divert our attention from something else? Coz MJ got a good report from the Aphrodite show, so “let’s put some dirt out there to cancel it”? And it’s from TMZ. I was hoping they’d be on MJ’s side…  But yes, it’s TMZ, so who knows?

Their quote at the end “grabs” my attention. Can’t help but wonder if it’s in reference to something completely apart then this Jason guy…

Jason Pfeiffer – who went on TV last week and talked about his alleged affair with MJ — says he’s received 10 to 12 serious death threats from around the world.

Pfeiffer’s boss and MJ’s former best friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, is also getting threats after telling TMZ about the alleged affair.  We’ve obtained one of the threats, which reads,

MJ Estate Stops ‘Heal the World’ Copycat

Originally posted Apr 27th 2010 9:45 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Score another crushing victory for the Michael Jackson estate — this time the MJ squad dropped the hammer on a woman who allegedly set up a sham Heal the World Foundation to dupe Jackson fans into buying merchandise.

TMZ has learned a Federal judge issued an injunction against Melissa Johnson — the woman behind a Heal the World Foundation website — requiring her to stop “exploiting Michael Jackson’s name, image and likeness.”

According to the court order, the judge ruled that Johnson — who has attempted to register at least 40 trademarks with a direct connection to MJ — operates websites that “convey to consumers a false affiliation with Michael Jackson.”

As you may recall, Jackson operated a legit Heal the World Foundation back in the day, but it had been inactive for many years prior to his death.

Michael Jackson’s Mom Cleans House

Originally posted Apr 27th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

TMZ has learned … Katherine Jackson is downsizing the number of grandchildren in her San Fernando Valley mansion — and the stun gun incident was the catalyst.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ …  Katherine has told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza — who is currently living at the estate, along with two of her kids by Randy Jackson and two others by Jermaine Jackson — that she must take the kids and move out of the estate next week, because supervising seven children is just too much for the 79-year-old grandmother.

But don’t think Katherine is heartless.  It’s the opposite.  She’s moving Alejandra, along with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr. to a San Fernando Valley condo owned by the estate.

We’re told the move was prompted by the stun gun incident last month. TMZ broke the story that 13-year-old Jaafar bought a stun gun online and fired it in the house.  Sources say Jaafar pointed the gun at two of Michael’s kids, but the family denies that.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came to the estate, took the gun and interviewed people in the home, and it became apparent seven kids were too much for Katherine to handle.

So as of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstructed.

‘Biological Son’ of Michael Jackson Rejected

We’re in the process of hearing the Estate “clear” up matters…

Originally posted Apr 13th 2010 9:49 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

0413_jet_michael_EX_TMZ_01One of the creditor’s claims the Michael Jackson estate has rejected was filed by a 25-year-old man who says he’s the biological son of the late singer.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson had filed a claim with the estate, but he’s not asking for money — he wants a DNA test

proving he’s MJ’s flesh and blood.

But as we first reported, Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, formally rejected a bunch of claims yesterday, including the one from P.M.M.J.J.

We’re told more rejections are coming, so stay tuned.

The trustees of MICHAEL JACKSON’s estate have started getting tough with the creditors demanding cash from the late King of Pop – they’ve rejected seven claims, including one for USD 300 million (GBP 187.5 million).

Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman has filed legal papers rejecting Allgood Entertainment’s claim over a Jackson family concert that was scrapped when the pop superstar signed up for 50 London concerts, which were due to start weeks after he died last summer (Jun09).

Also losing out are Jose Freddie Vallejos, an angry Los Angeles citizen who demanded Jackson pay for his own memorial and Nona Paris Lola Ankhesenamun Jackson, who claimed to have been married to the King of Pop.

Memorabilia collector Richard Lapointe has also had his claim against the estate rejected – he demanded USD 5 million (GBP 3.1 million) after placing the highest bids on 170 items at a Jackson auction, which was scrapped over ownership issues.

The first major rejections come just days after the King of Pop’s longtime personal manager and publicist Raymone Bain became the latest name on the list of creditors seeking cash from the Jackson estate.

Bain, who stood by the late pop superstar’s side throughout his child molestation trial in 2005 and regularly defended the embattled singer on TV news shows, claims she’s still owed USD 360,000 (GBP 225,000) for her services.

Jackson’s one-time personal general manager joins his former skin doctor, Arnold Klein, and the pop star’s media and communications consultant, Van F. Alexander, among the creditors.

Dr. Murray Lawyers Up for Wrongful Death Suit

Originally posted Apr 13th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Conrad MurrayDr. Conrad Murray is already planning his legal strategy in a Michael Jackson wrongful death case … TMZ has learned.

Dr. Murray, we’re told, has already hired a civil lawyer, Charles Teckham, who handles medical board cases and wrongful death lawsuits.

We’ve learned Teckham has already been in touch with Dr. Murray’s malpractice insurance carrier, and it turns out to be a tricky situation.

Sources connected with Dr. Murray’s defense tell TMZ Dr. Murray had a malpractice policy issued in Texas that covered his medical practices in Texas and Nevada.

Here’s the rub.  Dr. Murray did not have a medical practice in California, which is a prerequisite for his malpractice coverage.  So Dr. Murray’s position is that he first saw  Michael Jackson as a Nevada patient and what he did for him in L.A. was merely an extension of the Nevada treatment.

We’ve learned the malpractice policy would only cover civil litigation, not criminal.  In the event the doctor is sued for wrongful death — and Joe Jackson promises that will happen soon — Murray expects the policy would cover attorney’s fees and any judgment.

One source told TMZ, “We fully expect the insurance company would cover such costs.”

Michael Jackson — Casket Mystery Solved

Originally posted 56 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

It’s the answer to the question you were kinda curious about, then forgot about, but now you’re like “Holy cow, I really wanna know — how did Michael Jackson‘s body seemingly disappear after his memorial, only to reappear at the cemetery?”

On July 7, 2009 the Staples Center memorial was held in front of thousands of people in downtown L.A. –  Jackson’s body was ensconced in a $25,000 red casket.

After the memorial, although hundreds of cameras and thousands of eyes were trained on the exits, no one saw any evidence that the casket left the building.  It fueled a grassy knoll-type theory that Jackson’s body wasn’t really inside the casket and maybe he was still alive.

Finally, our spies have come clean. Jackson’s body did indeed arrive in a hearse, but it left in a SWAT van.  The van was driven to a secret location, where it rendezvoused with a Forest Lawn van — which then transported the body to the cemetery without being noticed.

You’re welcome.

Michael Jackson — Strong Stimulant Found

Posted Apr 7th 2010 8:00AM by

There may be a clear explanation as to why Michael Jackson had trouble sleeping the night before he died — authorities found a pill bottle in the room containing tablets that would have hyped the singer up big time.

The bottle, which had no label, contained 13 tablets. Each tablet had a combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. The commercial sale of ephedrine — a stimulant designed for weight loss — is banned in the U.S. because of reports of heart attacks, strokes and even death.

Each pill contained 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 80 mg of aspirin. The caffeine alone in each pill is equivalent to nearly a 6-pack of Coca-Cola.

One company that manufactures the drug warns against using it past mid-afternoon, because it will cause insomnia.

According to the toxicology results, ephedrine was present in Jackson’s urine.

TMZ Throws Out Photos—-The Eyes Have It!

Tuesday, April 6, 2010

by SeeingClues

Yesterday we posted about TMZ’s Coca-Cola theme. One curious aspect of this is that they switched the original photo that was in the article. The first time they posted the article, it was the image you see to the left. Later, they switched the photo:

We couldn’t find significance in this alone, but then the realization came that the original photo could have an interesting use and decided to “recycle” it in a sense.

It has been a while since we did a Dave Dave comparison, and the original photo seemed like it could fit the bill. So for fun here is a comparison.

First, Dave Dave and the original TMZ photo of MJ:

Next an overlay of each side of MJ’s face over Dave Dave, with slight adjustments for angle:

Whether or not you believe that MJ portrayed Dave Dave on Larry King Live, these comparisons always turn out uncanny!

OMG! I really think I’m right! They’ve just confirmed  MJ was Dave Dave and therefore is very much alive!!!

Michael Jackson — The Eyes Have It

Posted Apr 6th 2010 3:50PM

Michael Jackson‘s eyes could be powerful evidence in favor of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Michael Jackson -- The Eyes Have It

TMZ broke the story — Dr. Murray’s lawyers will argue Jackson accidentally killed himself by self-injecting a lethal dose of Propofol into his bloodstream. As we reported, Dr. Murray says he left the bedroom for a short time, came back in and saw Michael with his eyes wide open and pupils dilated.

Medical experts who spoke with TMZ say if a patient is sleeping and dies of an overdose, their eyes most likely would not be open. The defense position — Jackson woke up when Murray was out of the room, became frustrated he couldn’t sleep, grabbed the Propofol bottle and “pushed it” — killing himself.

If a jury believes Jackson’s eyes were open, they could also believe Jackson was awake and, perhaps, capable of grabbing the Propofol bottle which was on the nightstand.

Conrad Murray — I Will Never Cop a Plea

He’s relieved they didn’t take away his CALIFORNIA license, LOL    God, TMZ is good…lol

Posted Apr 6th 2010 3:00AM by TMZ Staff

Conrad MurrayTMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray has made it clear — he will not take a plea bargain in the death of Michael Jackson.

Sources say Dr. Murray is adamant … he did nothing wrong and will not plead to manslaughter or any lesser offense.

TMZ first broke the story of Dr. Murray’s defense … that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by self-injecting a fatal dose of Propofol into his bloodstream.

Dr. Murray, we’re told, is “completely confident” that he will be found not guilty. He is less confident that the medical boards in Texas, Nevada and California will reach a similar result.

Dr. Murray is extremely relieved Judge Michael Pastor did not yank his California medical license yesterday. Nevertheless, he realizes it’s all but inevitable all three medical boards will go after his license.

TMZ first reported Judge Pastor — a smart and tough man in black — will preside over Murray’s trial.

Murray is on his way downstairs right now … and there’s a big decision on the line … whether Judge Pastor yanks Murray’s medical license as a condition to bail.

We’re in Judge Pastor’s court … so stay tuned.

Conrad Murray — Still Licensed to Practice

Conrad MurrayDr. Conrad Murray dodged a bullet in court today — a judge put off ruling on whether Murray should have his medical license suspended.

Judge Michael Pastor, in the interest of full disclosure, told lawyers for both sides he was appointed to the bench by Attorney General Jerry Brown back in 1983 when Brown was governor of California. Brown is the one who is gunning for Murray’s license.

And, in the “small world” category, Judge Pastor revealed he wrote a letter of recommendation for prosecutor David Walgren, who is looking to become a judge.

Pastor said he doesn’t think either issue will affect his judgment.

All sides are due in court again on June 14.

Dr. Murray: I Won’t Put Them Under in Texas

Sources tell us the agreement mirrors the current condition to Dr. Murray’s bail in his criminal case — the doctor cannot administer or prescribe Propofol. He is also barred from administering “any other heavy sedative medications that should generally be administered by any anesthesiologist. And he’s prohibited from sedating patients.”

We’re told Dr. Murray has signed the order and the Texas Medical Board will announce it on Friday.

Nevada has not imposed a similar prohibition to Dr. Murray’s license.

Jackson’s Demanding Personality On Trial

Good one TMZ, LOL   This is the funniest story ever….   Cola addict…. LOL  I especially love it that it’s Coke and not Pepsi, LOL

And trust me, people will take this seriously, lol

Posted Apr 5th 2010 9:00AM by TMZ Staff

Michael JacksonIt sounds crazy, but Michael Jackson‘s Coca-Cola addiction may become a building block in Dr. Conrad Murray‘s legal strategy.

TMZ broke the story that Dr. Murray’s defense will be that Michael Jackson caused his own death by pumping a lethal dose of Propofol into his own body during the time the doctor was out of the room.

Sources familiar with the defense strategy tell us one of the missions is to show that Michael Jackson was a demanding celebrity who wanted what he wanted when he wanted it, even if it posed a danger to himself.

One of the ways the defense will prove its point is with the famous soft drink. Jackson consumed massive quantities of Coca-Cola, knowing full well it was laden with caffeine and would make it next to impossible to fall asleep.

Our sources say the defense has numerous examples of situations where Jackson hyped himself up with caffeine from soda and then used drugs — including Propofol — as the ultimate sleeping solution.

The upshot — Jackson was a guy who wanted instant gratification … so the notion that he would wake up when Dr. Murray was out of the room, become frustrated and self-medicate with Propofol is consistent with his personality.

Joe Jackson ‘Horrified’ at Dr. Murray Defense

Posted Apr 4th 2010 2:55PM by TMZ Staff

Joe JacksonMichael Jackson’s father says he is “horrified” by the prospect Dr. Conrad Murray‘s legal team will argue that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by pumping a lethal dose of Propofol into his body.

TMZ broke the story that the defense believes Jackson woke up shortly before noon on the day he died, when Dr. Conrad Murray stepped out of the room, and injected enough Propofol in himself to almost immediately stop his heart.

Joe Jackson tells TMZ, “I don’t believe it. It’s not true. Why would he [Dr. Murray] hide all the bottles if such a story were true?”

Joe Jackson added, “The Coroner’s report shows the story is not true,” adding, “This really upsets me to hear this.”

Joe Jackson plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Murray. While Joe Jackson’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, says, “His [Dr. Murray's] story is medically inconsistent with the autopsy findings, he says before knowing for sure, “I would need to see the photographs of the scene in order to assess his story.”
